During four years, Hélène worked as an associate at a leading firm of Court-appointed Administrators, before becoming a partner in 2017. Based close to the Nanterre Commercial Court, Hélène co-founded SOLVE in 2020, where she is active in Preventive proceedings (mandats ad hoc, conciliations), and in the framework of Safeguard and Receivership proceedings.

After four years of experience as a Corporate attorney, Jonathan worked for seven years as an associate at a leading firm of Court-appointed Administrators, before becoming a partner in 2013. Based in Paris, near the Commercial Court, Jonathan co-founded SOLVE in 2020, where he is active in Preventive proceedings (mandats ad hoc, conciliations), and in the framework of Safeguard and Receivership proceedings.

After various experiences as a business lawyer, an M&A Analyst and Equity analyst at a Brokerage firm in London, Florent worked for six years as an associate at a leading firm of Court-appointed Administrators, before becoming a partner in 2015.
Based in Paris, near the Commercial Court, Florent co-founded SOLVE in 2020, where he is active in Preventive proceedings (mandats ad hoc, conciliations), and in the framework of Safeguard and Receivership proceedings.
